Frederick Fennell (* 2. Juli 1914 in Cleveland, Ohio, USA; † 7. Dezember 2004 in Siesta Key, Florida) war ein international anerkannter Dirigent, Komponist und Musikpädagoge. Er gilt als Begründer der modernen sinfonischen Blasmusik.
